SHIPPING & RETURNS
MCM offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders. Additionally, we offer expedited services within - the costs & conditions are as follows:
• DHL Standard Shipping - £0.00
(Order received within 2-5 business days (from the time you receive shipping confirmation email)
• DHL Next Day Shipping* - £25.00 ( non-refundable )
(Order received the next business day)
* For the DHL next day delivery, order must be placed before 12.30 UK Time (Mo-Fri) and pass internal credit approval
• MCM will only deliver your package to the address that was requested when your order was placed. We don’t re-route any packages
• Please note that we require an adult signature for all deliveries and therefore do not ship to PO Boxes
• Please note that these services are unavailable for Saturday and Sunday delivery
• Please note that orders are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays or during public holidays
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults prior to being dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately. Items must be returned new, unused, and with all labels and garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected while in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
Shoes & Footwear Apparel:
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain of ownership. Footwear should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
Once your return has been checked and processed by our warehouse, you will be notified by e-mail. Goods that are classified as a valid return will automatically trigger the refund process. Please note that items which are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty, but as invalid returns. Under these circumstances, the return may be denied by MCM and deferred back to the client.
Where possible, we will offer to replace faulty items. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
Please return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the sole discretion of MCM.
The refund will be processed to the credit/debit card or account originally used for payment. Refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider. Please note that if you have received a gift and would like to return it for a refund, the person who originally purchased the gift will receive the refund.
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?
All items purchased in the MCM Online Store in Europe can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
All returns must be in their original condition and packaging, have tags attached, authenticity cards and original proof of purchase enclosed, be complete with all parts and accessories and have been purchased from MCM Online store in the same country the return is being made.
To return an order:
• Please log-in to the online shop either by providing your account details or by using the order status log-in on top of the page
• Please navigate to order return/cancellations page and select the items you wish to return. Please note to include the amount of items you wish to return. Once completed, please submit your return request on the bottom of that page
• Once the request has been received, you will receive confirmation of the request by email
• In case you do not have the return label included with your order, please wait for our customer service team to contact you separately and send you the label by email (or by post in case you do not have access to printer). This step is automated and they will contact you normally within 24-hours during business days
• After you have received the return label, please pack the items back to the parcel they were delivered in original condition and include your proof of purchase
• Remove any outer labels prior to affixing the return label and securely seal your package before dropping it off to your nearest post office
Keep the proof of postage containing the tracking number of your parcel until email receipt of the refund for your return. Please note that it may take up to one billing cycle for your credit to appear on your account.
